New Support Centre Software installed

Here at e-Novate we are very happy that we have just installed our new support centre software from ReadyDesk.

Readydesk will automatically read in our support email box, assign and categorise emails from our customers, and escalate jobs when they are not actioned in a timely manner.

Customers will also be able to use ReadyDesk to get at more specific FAQs, action and help, such as upgrades to Translated documentation and other useful how-tos.
